To order a MARC record, choose the title of the book and the media format (i.e., CD, MP3, cassette, or Playaway). Then select ADD.

The types of marc records available are BRIEF and FULL. A BRIEF MARC record is a Cataloging in Publication, or CIP, (otherwise known as an “in-process”) MARC record. This is used to allow cataloging prior to receiving a full MARC record. A FULL MARC record is a complete record.

A BRIEF MARC record should be downloaded and utilized if the FULL MARC is not yet available. The availability date shows when each type of MARC record will become available. If the MARC record is already available, the availability will be listed as READY. You can return to this page anytime after the available date to download your MARC records.

Select which MARC records you would like to download, and then choose ‘download selected’ in the options drop-down menu to download them as a batch. Or select them one at a time to download them individually.
